Our technical expertise in every aspect of production chain gives us a huge advantage over other solution companies. We have a team of experts that will audit a post production facility to an entire broadcaster and advise on best practise for the immediate future as well as long term plans according to clients strategies and goals. With over 40 years of experience working in, and across Africa setting up Television stations, broadcast channels and post production offices our ability to problem solve has been fine tuned. 

Many of our staff come from a production background giving us a very good understanding and ability to streamline for the desired result. Technically we cover all areas from software development through to satellite transmissions. 

Expert Team

We have very experienced staff who have worked with the most cutting edge technology available but also have had a lot of time planning ‘work arounds’ and streamlining more dated systems in studio and post production environments for clients who may have existing infrastructure and are upgrading over a period, we can design and advise on the best way to implement plans like this.

Audit & Assessment

Our experts will audit any existing equipment and infrastructure, ascertain the clients goals, dreams and aspirations of where he would like to be today, tomorrow and ten years from now. We try to involve the clients resources and staff in this entire process in order to ensure that they have the necessary skills to operate and maintain to a high level the current equipment as well as any new technology we look at integrating into the system.

System Design

Once we have the audit and assessment done we go to the drawing board and design the most cost effective and efficient system with the latest technologies that can serve the client. We try as much as possible to future proof the system and make it as scalable as possible to ensure that no expenses are wasted or used as a stop gap unless absolutely necessary.

Environmental Build

We advise on the structural integrity and outside services such as power, cooling, access to the proposed environment which we will ultimately install the solution. This ensures that we eliminate environmental factors as a possible concern for failures or faults. This part is often overlooked and equipment installed in inappropriate places with little or no cooling or prone to power cuts / water leaks.

Installation & Commissioning

Once the system design is approved, we place orders and manage the timeline, customs and deliveries into the new environment. Again we involve the clients resources and allocated staff to be part of this process, hand over detailed schematics of the clients system.

Service and Support

We don’t do box drops unless requested by client, we prefer to keep the environment well maintained and in good working order with the implementation of SLA’s and good warranty arrangements. Any additions to the system for whatever reason is done with strict change control processes and updates of schematics. We advise the client on best business practise to keep the environment in good, clean working order.
